Photo Competition – And the winner is…
We are very proud to announce the winner, first and second runners-up of the ICD 2018 “Women in Coffee” photo competition. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the participants, including the ones that were not shortlisted, the panel of judges and all the over 2,000 internet voters!
The winner is…
Alejandro José Pernía Paredes, from Mérida, Venezuela. The title of his photo is: “Recoger lo que has sembrado” (Collecting what you sowed). Alejandro took it in San José del Sur, State of Mérida, Venezuela.
The first runner-up is…
Helen Jackson, from London, UK, and her photo is titled “Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony”.
The second runner up is…
Gustavo Pereira Arantes, from Varginha, Minas Gerais in Brazil. He’s titled his photo “Lugar de mulher é onde ela quiser” (A woman’s place is where she wants it to be).
